Eligible Criteria for SCI Recruitment 2015
Age limit:
1) As on 01/01/2015 upper age limit is 27 years for the Assistant Manager post.
2) As on 01/01/2015 upper age limit is 37 years for the Manager post.
3) As on 01/01/2015 upper age limit is 45 years for the Deputy General Manager post.
Note: Maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST category candidates, 3 years for OBC. and for General PWD 5 years, SC and ST PWD candidates 10 years and for OBC PWD candidates 8 years.

Educational Qualification and experience:
1)Deputy General Manager:
i)Legal: Degree in Law through a full time course of 3 years after graduation or 5 years after class 12 pass. And at least 9 years of relevant working experience including 3 years experience in E4 Grade in respect of candidates from Public Sector / Government.
ii)Finance: Chartered Accountant successfully passed the ICAI examination. And at least 9 years of relevant working experience including 3 years experience in E4 Grade in respect of candidates from Public Sector / Government.
iii)Marine Engineer: MEO Class ICOC. And minimum sailing experience as Chief Engineer Officer (FG) should be 12 months.
2)Manager:
i)Company Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries,India. Additionally,degree in law is desirable with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA / OGPA in the 3 years degree in Law after 12 class. And at least 8 years experience including 3 years experience in E3 Grade in respect of candidates from Public sector / Government or equivalent senior positions in respect of candidates from private sector.
3)Assistant Manager:
i) Management: 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree or equivalent Diploma in Management / Business Administration with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
ii) Management (Corporate Social Responsibility & HR): 2 years full time Master’s Degree or equivalent post graduate diploma in Social Science or Social work or Sustainable Development or Rural Development / Rural Management or Community Development or Community Management with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
iii) Finance & Accounts: ACA/AICWA. Successfully passed the ICAI or ICWAI examinations.
iv) Information Technology: 4 years full time Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or MCA with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
v) Legal Professionals: Degree in Law through a full time course of 3 years after graduation or 5 years after class 12 with minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
vi) Electrical Engineer: 4 years full time bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
vii) Civil Engineer: 4 years full time bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA/OGPA.
