You will provide access management ticket and chat support for over 200 + HP applications and systems worldwide, to ensure security guidelines are follow 100% of the time to protect HP infrastructure. Possess knowledge of hardware, MS Operating Systems, database (SQL, Oracle), Network, Remote Connectivity, infrastructure support, and documentation.As a member of this global IT Infrastructure Operations team, you will work in a highly dynamic, fast changing and fluid work environment.
